Thank you for using The Zource! These Terms of Use apply to your use of The Zource and any related services, features, and applications provided by The Zource Corp. (collectively, "Services"). These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and The Zource Corp., a company incorporated in the United States. By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software, unless applicable laws prohibit these restrictions or you have our written permission.
Our Services may contain links to third-party websites or services, including college and university websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. The Zource Corp. does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE ZOURCE CORP. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
YOU ACCEPT AND AGREE THAT ANY USE OF OUTPUT FROM OUR SERVICES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RELY ON OUTPUT AS A SOLE SOURCE OF TRUTH OR AS A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE ZOURCE CORP. AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which The Zource Corp. is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
Before initiating any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of this page or by other means. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
